How can I pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa. Sorry, no American Express, Discover Card, or personal checks.
Will my purchase be taxed?
We only collect sales tax for orders shipping to addresses in the Golden State of California.
Can I pick up my stuff?
Sure. If you’re in SF, just call to make sure someone’s here and your order is ready. Note: The pick up option is a bit hidden. On the SHIPPING METHOD portion of checkout, the CARRIER drop-down menu lists UPS and MORE. Click on MORE and that’s where you’ll find the option to PICK UP.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
In stock orders usually ship within 2 business days. Once we ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
How and where do you ship?
Our preferred domestic carrier is UPS. Currently our only international shipments are those to our neighbors in Canada. These orders can be shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail. For all shipments, shipping costs will be estimated during checkout. Sorry, we’re not shipping to any other countries… yet. Join Our List and we will let you know when we start.
What if I’m unsatisfied with my purchase?
A) If you purchased your product from a retail store, or a website other than ours, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
B) If you purchased your product directly from us, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Please follow the returns process below. Shipping charges are only refundable for warranty returns. Of course, after 30 days, we remain committed to answering all warranty claims.
What is your returns process?
1) Call us at (415) 626-1526.
2) Have your order number handy. It’s at the top right corner of your receipt.
3) We’ll issue you a Return Authorization and a copy of this will be emailed to you. Please help us improve our products and services by telling us the reason for your return.
4) Print the form and ship your return. Once we receive it, you will be emailed a refund receipt. Shipping is not covered except for warranty returns. All returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process.

What if my purchase has a warranty issue?
A) If you purchased your product from a retail store, or a website other than ours, please go directly to the original place of purchase.
B) If you purchased your product directly from us, please call us immediately at (415) 626-1526. We’ll arrange to have the item returned to us. Once received, we can either refund your purchase or send a replacement per your request.
What is your privacy policy?
We will NEVER sell your information to another company. When you make an online purchase, you will only be charged when your order is shipped. Your credit card information won’t be re-used except to issue a refund or make a required adjustment. Read our full Privacy Policy.
